Preserves the two useful pieces of the dead bot/port-26.3 branch (cherry-picked / copied verbatim) so that branch + the stale v0.9.7+mc26.3 tag can be deleted with no loss:

  1. CHANGELOG_26.3.md - the 26.3 breaking-changes notes (LWJGL4 key ints, PoseStack/Matrix4f, Gui screen move) from the original port.
  2. release.yml - cherry-picked 3af18bd: tolerate re-pushing a tag whose release already exists (the failure mode hit during the 0.9.4/0.9.5 tag re-pushes).

No mod code touched; local ./gradlew build green. After merge, the dead refs go away:

  • branch bot/port-26.3 (tip b2a5e51b, never merged, had deleted mod-ci.yml)
  • branch bot/hotfix-0.9.8 (fully merged into main via PR #5)
  • tag v0.9.7+mc26.3 (540ddaf, points at non-compiling source)

All three are deleted by the bot now that this PR holds the preserved content.
