The README still described the project as an unimplemented scaffold with
DM-based clarifications and only process/bot commands, well behind
CLAUDE.md and the actual CLI surface (foundry-sync, sync-setting, verify,
audit, sync-clarifications).

Both docs still said the Discord clarification flow was untested against a
real Discord server, which is out of date.
