Prepare for Minecraft 26.2 "Chaos Cubed" 76f7acf3a4

Bump to 26.2 (pinned to API-frozen 26.2-rc-2 until the stable artifact
is published; flip to 26.2 once the release is live):
- gradle.properties: minecraft 26.2-rc-2, fabric-api 0.152.1+26.2, loader 0.19.3
- fabric.mod.json: minecraft dependency ~26.2
- README/CLAUDE.md: 26.2

Verified: ./gradlew build succeeds with zero source changes — 26.2 touches
no API this server-side mod uses.

26.2 stable is published (fabric meta lists 26.2 with stable=true). Flip
the API-frozen RC pin to the stable artifact and bump mod_version for the
release.

- gradle.properties: minecraft 26.2-rc-2 -> 26.2; mod_version 1.0.3 -> 1.0.4

Verified: ./gradlew clean build succeeds against stable 26.2.
